Lloyd Jerpbak

Chairman of the Board

Lloyd Jerpbak has been banking since 1963. He came to Crow River in 1989, and is the principal shareholder of the bank.

Dwight Bacon

President and CEO

Mr. Bacon started his banking career in April of 1966 with the "Community State Bank of Bloomington". Upon the sale of the bank in the spring of 1987, Mr. Bacon left the banking industry and pursued other business interests until August 1988, at which time he joined the Northern Bank of Anoka as their Chief Operating Officer. Following the sale of that bank, Mr. Bacon became involved, as general partner, in a wholesale auto business until 2004, at which time he joined the Crow River State Bank as its Executive Vice President and in June 2005 became the bank's President and Chief Executive Officer.

Darlene Henry

Chief Operations Officer

Darlene Henry began her banking career in 1982 at Buffalo National Bank in Buffalo, MN. She joined Crow River as a part time teller in 1985. She has been key to making Crow River Bank what it is today.

Tom Screeden

Chief Lending Officer

Tom began his banking career at Crow River Bank in 1993 after working for five years at ITT Finance as a consumer lender. He worked for Crow River Bank for nine years as a personal banker, mortgage lender, and vice president. Tom went to Bankwest in 2002 where he worked as vice president with a primary emphasis on commercial lending. Tom rejoined Crow River Bank in June, 2010 as Senior Vice President and commercial lender. In 2012, he was named Chief Lending Officer and in January, 2013, was elected to the Board of Directors. Tom has lived in Delano since 1994.

Mark Winter

Vice President Marketing/Public Relations

Mark started his banking career in Worthington, MN in 1974. He joined Crow River Bank in 1995. Since that time, he has held several senior bank management positions, including Chief Lending Officer, President and CEO. In September, 2012, Mark accepted the position of Vice President of Marketing/PR. He remains a Bank Director and continues to be an active participant in community organizations and events.

Patrick Baumgard

Vice President

Patrick Baumgard has 13 years of banking experience. Ten of those years have been with Crow River. Patrick has also been an active member of the Delano Jaycees for several years.

Hugh Hadlund

Vice President Commercial Lending

Hugh's banking career began in 1981 with four years as a State of Minnesota Bank Examiner. He subsequetly spent 10 years in the mortgage industry, managing 1st Time Home-Buyer origination operations for Knutson Mortgage for three years, followed by seven years with Residential Funding Corp RFC. Hugh returned to banking in 1995 joining Klein Bank in Chanhassen,MN. Hugh has maintained his South West metro community banking focus since that time. Hugh received a BA degree in Business from Luther College and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. While his focus has been in commercial lending, he has a broad, hands-on knowledge of banking products and services. Hugh welcomes the opportunity to draw on his experience when meeting customer needs. He continues to be active in various community service organizations. His outside interests include bicycling, sailing, spending time up North and being with family.

Sherri Dehn

Assistant Vice President, Real Estate Division

Sherri has been in banking for the past 23 years in a variety of positions including mortgage lending, consumer lending, bookkeeping and teller. Her current focus is helping the community with their home purchase and refinancing needs. Whether you are a first time home buyer or experienced buyer she has the mortgage program for you. Sherri has lived in Hanover, MN for the last 15 years with her family. She enjoys helping the community by volunteering at church and also being the treasurer for the local AWANA children's group.

Eric Nesvig

Assistant Vice President

Eric joins Crow River Bank with nine years experience in many banking facets including consumer and commercial banking. He recently relocated to Minnesota from Sioux Falls, SD. Eric plans to be an active participant in the Westonka area community.

Teri Scherven

Branch Manager, Mound

Teri began her banking career in 2003 at Anchor bank in Wayzata and joined Crow River Bank in August 2008. Starting as a Teller and then adding Customer Service, Teri takes pride in knowing all of her customers on a professional and personal level. In December, 2012, Teri was promoted to Branch Manager, Mound Office. She has been active in the community and civic organizations throughout the years. Most recent Teri was elected to be a district representative, and on the board for Westonka Community and Commerce (formerly known as Celebrate Greater Mound). Teri and her family enjoy participating in many of the events. Teri is a graduate of Mound Westonka high school, and has worked and lived in Mound most of her life.

Angela Heying

Vice President
Compliance Officer/ Auditor

Angela began her banking career in 1990 for Highland Bank. For the past 23 years, she has held a variety of positions including cashier, operations officer, loan administration, information security officer, BSA officer, CRA officer, business continuity officer, internal auditor, and compliance officer. She joined CRB in 2013 and her current focus is on compliance and internal audit.

Angela lives in Maple Grove, MN with her family. She enjoys playing volleyball, cheering on the Minnesota Wild, and spending time at the cabin boating and snowmobiling with family and friends.

Mary Madison

Operations Officer
Deposit Services, Wires, BCP, Vendor Mgmt.

Mary Madison began working for Crow River Bank in 2006. Over
the past 8 years, she has been promoted numerous times from Teller to Head
Teller, Customer Service Representative to Assistant Chief of Operations and in
December 2013 promoted to Operations Officer.

Mary has performed a wide variety of duties including opening accounts for customers, troubleshooting computer problems, compiling the monthly Board Reports ,managing property maintenance and vendor management, and oversees the Business Contingency Recovery Plan.  Mary is known for her innovative ways to make things more efficient and cost effective, and she often participates in many community events for the bank, such as the Delano Fourth of July Parade, Business Expos, and Taste of Delano. 

She enjoys spending time with family and friends ? especially with her two-year-old grandson, as well as traveling, dancing,knitting, and beading. During the summer months, you might catch a glimpse of her as she travels around the countryside on her Harley motorcycle.
